  • No refunds or refills will be provided if the wrong link is used.
  • The company is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect link usage.

Refill & Refund Policy

Lifetime Guaranteed Services

  • Refills or refunds only apply to services explicitly labeled "Lifetime Guaranteed."
  • If your Lifetime Guaranteed service drops:
    • You cannot place a new order until the previous order is refilled or refunded.
    • If you place an order before receiving a refill/refund, no further refill/refund will be provided.

Partial Orders

  • If an order is partially completed, the remaining quantity will be refunded.
  • Partial refill = Loss of Lifetime Guarantee:
    • If a refill is partially completed, the order loses its lifetime guarantee eligibility.
    • No further refills or refunds will be provided afterward.

No Refill/Guarantee Services

  • Services without "refill" or "guaranteed" labels are non-refillable & non-refundable.
  • No exceptions will be made for such services.

Chargeback & Balance Return Policy

  • Strictly No Chargebacks: Customers cannot initiate chargebacks or demand balance returns.
  • SMM websites (Social Media Marketing platforms) do not support credit refunds or balance reversals.
